Join Our Essential Water Customer Panel!

We are thrilled to announce the formation of our new Essential Water Customer Panel and invite our valued customers to register their interest in participating.

The Essential Water Customer Panel will be a diverse group of customers who will help shape our decisions as we plan and set prices for the next five years and beyond. Your insights will directly influence our strategies and ensure we meet your needs.

Who can apply

If you are an Essential Water customer, or a tenant using water provided by Essential Water, and are willing to share with us your insights and provide feedback on our proposed plans and initiatives, then we would love to hear from you.

Panel commitments

The Essential Water Customer Panel will meet in-person 4 or 5 times over the upcoming 12 months. All meetings will take place in Broken Hill on a weeknight from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

Our first Customer Panel is scheduled for Monday 25 November from 6:00pm to 8:30pm.

The panel details are:

  • Meetings: In-person, approximately four times over the next 12 months in Broken Hill.
  • First Session: Monday, 25 November 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm
  • Future Sessions: A weeknight (from 6:00pm to 8:30pm) in February, April, and June 2025, with a possible final session in December 2025.

We will compensate panel participants for the time they provide us.
