We are currently transforming our water billing system and during late 2025 and throughout 2026, our customers will be transitioning to a newly designed water services bill. Payment options

We offer a range of payment options for your convenience and encourage you to get in touch to set up direct debits and pay as you go payment plans. If you are experiencing financial difficulties or hardship and require assistance, please call 1800441888 to discuss payment options available to you.

What to do if you feel your account may be incorrect

If for any reason you believe your account is incorrect, or you are unsure about any charges on your bill, we want to hear from you. You can speak to our team over the phone on 1800441888, or email us with your enquiry. We’ll investigate your concerns and keep you informed of the progress. Sometimes these investigations can take time, so we appreciate your patience while we undertake a thorough review.

An investigation may involve:

• Visiting your premises and taking a ‘check read’ of your meter. A check read may incur a charge if it demonstrates your bill is accurate.
• Visting your premises and testing the meter. If the meter is found to be inaccurate by more than 3%, we will replace the meter. If the meter is found to be accurate, this inspection may incur a charge.
