EasyPay

EasyPay allows you to pay your water accounts regularly, in even instalments, directly from your bank account, credit card or Centrelink payment. Just call us on 13 23 91 and we’ll estimate your instalment for you.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit makes paying your Essential Water bill simple by enabling you to arrange automatic transfers from your bank, building society or credit union.

BPAY

To use BPAY, contact your financial institution and ask for access to their telephone or Internet banking service. Once you have access to the service, you simply:

• Call your financial institution's phone banking service or visit their Internet site.
• Quote the BILLER CODE found in the BPAY box on your bill.
• Quote your reference number found in the BPAY box on your bill.
• Quote the amount you wish to pay.

Your financial institution then transfers the funds from the nominated account straight to Essential Water - on the day you nominate.

Centrepay

You can make regular deductions from your Centrelink payment using Centrepay.

Our Centrepay Reference Number is 555 012 747A.

Online by credit card

You can use this site’s secure bill payment facility to pay by Mastercard or Visa. You will need to have your most recent Essential Water bill or account details handy. A $3000 transaction limit applies.

By phone

Use your credit card to pay by phone from anywhere in Australia by calling 13 18 16 and have your bill and credit card handy.

By mail

Simply tear off the payment slip on your account and send with a cheque or your credit card details to the address shown on your account.
