New water prices to apply from 1 January 2023

IPART is seeking feedback on its draft decisions on the prices Essential Water can charge for water and wastewater services in Broken Hill and the surrounding areas of Menindee, Sunset Strip and Silverton from 1 January 2023. It is also seeking feedback on the prices WaterNSW can charge for water transportation services provided by the Murray River to Broken Hill Pipeline.

IPART will hold a joint public hearing for these reviews on Tuesday 6 September 2022 (from about 10am to 1:30pm ACST). The public hearing will be in-person at Thyme on Argent in Broken Hill. An online option will be available for those that can not attend in-person. You can register here.
