Eligibility depends on your organisation and how the property is used. Water and sewerage usage charges will still apply.

Who can apply?

Public charities, public benevolent institutions and certain other organisations or properties may qualify for an exemption.

Not-for-profit status alone does not automatically make you eligible.

How to apply

Email your request to waterenquiry@essentialwater.com.au, along with:

• Your organisation's name and property address.

• Documentation showing your charitable or not-for-profit status.

• Brief details of how the property is used.
