Are tenants eligible?

No, the rebate only applies to the property an eligible concession card holder owns and lives in.

What if I own more than one property?

The pension rebate only applies to the property you live in. You cannot claim the rebate on investment properties or holiday homes.

Do I need to reapply if I move or my circumstances change?

Yes, you need to let us know if your situation changes. This includes:

• Buying or selling a home
• Changing your postal address
• Travelling for a long time
• Divorce or separation
• The death of a spouse.
